train wreck

For the past 5 years, I chose to avoid television almost completely. Without cable, I felt like a superier being. Now...I have succombed to all that it trash television and I cant't take it anymore. This is entirely Treys fault.

Last night I found myself watching the train wreck they call the Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency show on the Oxygen network. First of all, the Oxygen network..shoot me. This is a network that is suppposed to be targeted towards young women, that basically shows a bunch of sappy bullshit and the Oprah Winrey show. Its worse than Lifetime.

Is this what is passing off as entertainment these days? We are in some serious trouble.

Back to the botox horror show.

So, this show is about JD, who was the first big time supermodel, now turned entepreneur. She opened this modeling agency in hollywood and is "sculpting" the next big time hot bodies (or how I view it, a suicide cult) This woman makes these teenagers strip naked and then proceeds to stick happy faces stickers on the "good" areas and frowns on the "bad". What the...

And it doesn't end with the stickies, oh no, during the audition segment, she goes ranting and raving (in a horrific screeching voice) about how these kids that they are too fat, too ugly, their nose is too big, their asses are too large, the color of their eyes is all wrong, pretty much just telling them that they are worthless disgusting wastes of life. They might as well just handed out razor blades on the way out.

I want to smack the shit out of this woman. I want to attack her with buckets of make up remover and stick her in the Macys window display.
