yesterday was a glorious day!! i finally escaped from the hill cafe for an entire day and got to ride my sweet ass bike around the fan for hours.....hours!! the birds were chirping, kids were shuffling around on the playgrounds, leaves were falling in shades of pink and orange, ran into an old and very missed friend, bought new cds for the first time in god knows when (ps..i heart the silver jews!), the sun was shining...oh man it was just incredible. it was also nice to feel like i wasn't stranded in the confines of rowland and main.without a vehicle it someimes feels like im in lock down. no more!! thank you trey for the new bike.
the only slight downside about this new biking adventure is the...what to they call it....saddle sores. go ahead and laugh, but that shit hurts!! when i first rode to my job in churchhill...yes HILL!! ouch man!!! that and i really need to stop smoking so many camels....
anyhoo, in other news...there will be a new dj in the world of wrir 97.3. im training this week and will hopefully be getting on in the next few weeks. the show is sundays 1-3am so listen up peeps!! i still need to pitch an idea for the show AND come up with a sweet dj name...suggestions requested

as for my friday, i plan on baking cupcakes with sugar stars, going for a bike ride....and then beating up the postman for holding back a long awaited package.
